5 IMPORTANT TIPS FOR PAPER 2
General Tips for UPSC CAPF Paper 2:
1. Improve Writing Speed: Time is a critical factor; practice completing the paper within the given duration. Try to practice Essay writing within 16-18 minutes, Argument Writing in 20 minutes and Report Writing in 15 minutes.
2. Evaluate Performance: Get your answers evaluated by peers, mentors, or join a mentorship program.
3. Language Proficiency: Read and write in the medium you’ve chosen (Hindi/English). Practice and only practice will help you sail through in the exam.
4. Refer to Past Papers: Analyze the type of essays and comprehension passages asked in previous years. Note down the broad Themes which were asked in the previous exams.
5. Clarity and Brevity: Avoid long sentences and stay on topic. Understanding the demand of the question is very important and delivering the required quality content is equally important.
